Directions
The 2012 Customer Conference is being held at The ICC. Located in the heart of Birmingham, the UK’s second largest city, The ICC is a truly world-class venue. Part of the NEC Group, its central location in the UK and good transport links make it easily accessible by road or public transport.
Car: The ICC is directly connected to the UK’s motorway network; visitors from any direction can travel in using the following motorways: M1, M5, M6, M6 Toll, M40 and M42.
Train: The ICC is served by the UK’s largest interchange rail station, Birmingham New Street and also the smaller Five Ways Station. Both stations are a short walk from The ICC and are also served by taxi ranks.

Gala Dinner
We would like to invite you to attend our black-tie Gala Dinner on the evening of Wednesday 8th February. As always the Gala Dinner promises to be a relaxed and pleasant evening, giving you the chance to connect with other Business Collaborator users and the UNIT4 team. There will be some great food, some dancing and a little surprise too!
Keynote Speaker
Best known as one of the UK’s leading business woman, Vice Chairman of West Ham F.C and appearing as one of the panel alongside Lord Sugar on The Apprentice, we are pleased to announce that Karren Brady will be our keynote speaker at the Customer Conference 2012.
An inspirational woman, at the age of 18 Karren started her career at Saatchi & Saatchi and is now being listed in the business category of the Sunday Telegraphs ‘most powerful women in the Britain’, November 2010 and is also included in the Evening Standard’s list of ‘London’s 1000 Most influential People 2010’. Come and hear how Karren has become one of Britain’s leading business women.
Accommodation
There are a number of hotels located within walking distance from The ICC which will be used for accommodation if required on Wednesday the 8th February. We do encourage you to register early as accommodation closest to the venue will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
